Behind The Fascia Dome

Zelda Visser is a dedicated Myofascial Release Therapist practicing according to the John Barnes Method®. Her work focuses on treating the root cause of pain, tension, and lack of flexibility through a gentle, non-invasive approach that delivers lasting results.

Through Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR), Zelda helps clients experience permanent changes within the body’s structure, supporting long-term healing, improved movement, and a more pain-free lifestyle.

Passionate about ongoing learning and professional growth, Zelda continually studies and deepens her understanding of the John Barnes Method® through regular education, research, and continued training connected to John Barnes in the USA. Her commitment to refining her technique allows her to provide thoughtful, effective care tailored to each individual client.
